In the name of the Benevolent Father of All,
I Daniel ELLER of Covington Miami Co. Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I give and devise to my beloved wife, Sarah ELLER, the house in lieu of her dowry, and lot being part of Lot No. 65, 66, and 15 feet of no. 64 [illegible] number situated in Covington Miami Co. Ohio during her life time and after that it is my will that it be sold and the proceeds be given equally to my three children [illegible] ELLER, Daniel ELLER and daughter Fanny Bell ELLER. I hereby appoint my beloved wife Sarah ELLER to administer my entire estate.
I also give to my wife Sarah ELLER the entire household goods to use as she sees proper and best.
In testimony hereof I have herunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of March 1885.
